As such, they can feel tremors of some disturbances before they occur. In perfect harmony with Serin, the weight of the Pendulum will slow the movements of a threat to the Balance in the act of attempting to murder such a Keeper. The strain of this burden prevents the Keeper from slowing time repeatedly in short succession.
